• RACE DAY SCHEDULE

  • 06:45 AM -Packet Pick-up Opens

  • 07:45 AM -Packet Pick-up Closes

  • 07:50 AM -Pre-Race Meeting (8k & 15k)

  • 08:00 AM -8k Race Start

  • 08:15 AM -15k Race Start

  • 10:00 AM -1k Kids Run Start

  • 10:30 AM -Awards Ceremony

• Parking

  • We’ll have plenty of parking available at the MERC and their will be volunteers helping guide you. There will also be extra parking at the corner of Apison Pike and MERC Lane which is a 5 minute walk to the race start/finish.

• Aid Stations

  • We’ll have plenty of water, electrolytes and snacks at the Start/Finish hospitality tent for all of your pre and post race needs

  • We’ll also have an aid station on course at the half-way point of the 8k (mile 2.5) and two aid stations on the 15k, one at mile 2.5 and the other at mile 6.5

• Vendors

  • The Tennessee Aquarium will be on-site providing educational opportunities on the Bauxite Ridge Habitat as well as an obstacle course for the kiddos.

  • Fast Break and Patagonia will also be on-site supporting the race

  • Please stop by and say “hi” to these amazing partners!

• Awards

  • The awards presentation will take place immediately following the Kids 1K race at approximately 10:30 am
